Spring Festival: Together Forever Auto-translated

Guys, I'm really sorry, but I think I've completely lost it. I added another song to the end. Please listen to it. I'm really sorry to the person who sent it to me.

5. Ska-P - Wild Spain. Too punk.

Too ska.
That's more accurate.

Too ska.
That's more correct, lol.

I just don't get it.

Guys, I'm really sorry, but I think I've completely degraded.

Too much oil and coal.

Too ska.
That's the correct way to put it.

It's a really interesting track compared to all the boring ones.

I only enjoy turn-based strategy in certain cases, and even then, it has to be mixed with a couple of other genres.

Yojou-han Shinwa Taikai (The Tatami Galaxy). Far from my taste. I didn't like it at all. 1
Forndom - Nio Natters Led. Nothing special, I almost fell asleep. 3
Niyaz - Mazaar. Also boring, but slightly better. 4
M. Pokora - Le Jour Qui Se Reve. Nothing special, but at least I watched the video. 6
Rhapsody of Fire - Il Canto del Vento. Also nothing special, but without the video and generally weaker than the previous one. The last two minutes are unbelievably cool! x) 4
Kalafina - Magia. Oh, I thought at first that finally some really good music was playing, but no. Similar to the fourth one. 6
Mozart - Lacrimosa. Bury Mozart again. 2
Sigur Ros - Hoppipolla. Strange video. In terms of sound, the song seemed a little better than most of the others, although not by much. 6
GARNiDELiA - Yakusoku. After all the previous songs, this one almost feels like a hit. However, it doesn't surpass the previous track by Revan. I'm giving it the same rating as that one, but the competition was much tougher in the first contest. 9
Day you laugh ! Okay. 7
Nordman - Vandraren. Also good. 8

I only like ска in some cases, and even then, if it's mixed with a couple of other genres.

Well, I usually don't listen to ска, but this song unexpectedly appealed to me. I thought I would send it to the "hurma" category if they had decided to hold this contest there, but in the end, I made a different choice, since they allowed submissions in English.

okay, I understand.
I really like this band; there's no punk here, just ska.

It's a good song, better than some of the contest entries.

Heroes of Oil and Coal

The second name of the game.

Yojou-han Shinwa Taikai - 4. It's so-so.
Forndom - 8. Not bad.
Niyaz - 5. The vocalist is good, but the music isn't really my thing. I guess I just don't like this kind of Eastern music. I like it most when she sings with Sergey Tankian and Vedrogolov.
M. Pokora - 7. At first, I thought it was just another sugary musical song, but it gets pretty upbeat later on. And the music video is funny.
Ska-P - 7. Ska is a good genre.
Rhapsody of Fire - 5. So-so, although the vocalist is good.
Kalafina - 7. Not bad.
Mozart - 5. I don't really like Mozart.
Sigur Rós - you know what I mean. Actually, I haven't listened to these guys in about four years, and I don't really like them anymore, but I considered the other options either too specific ("no one will appreciate it") or too mainstream ("someone will definitely send this band too").
GARNiDELiA - 6. Okay.
Day you laugh ! - 6. Same as the previous one.
Nordman - 9. Now, this is really good. At least, I liked it more than the others.

Yojou-han Shinwa Taikai (The Tatami Galaxy) - 5 - decent electronic music with pleasant vocals
Forndom - Nio Nätters Led - 5 - the music is great, vocals are unnecessary
Niyaz - Mazaar - 6 - something like this, but performed by a male vocalist and in another language, used to wake me up in the mornings for almost the entire last year. It's a pity I couldn't find anything similar by Buddhist monks online.
M. Pokora - Le Jour Qui Se Rêve - 3 - good voice, but the performance is boring
Ska-P - Wild Spain - 9 - they put on a good show. The lyrics are harsh; I suspect it's about bullfighting.
Rhapsody of Fire - Il Canto del Vento - 5 - good voice
Kalafina - Magia - 7 - also not bad
Sigur Rós - Hoppípolla - 3 - the song is a bit boring. Perhaps that's why they tried to stand out with the music video.
GARNiDELiA - Yakusoku - 7 - quite dynamic
Day you laugh - 10 - traditional bonus points for the subtitles.
Nordman - Vandraren - 5 - ok

The text is harsh; I suspect it's about bullfighting.

That's right. The text expresses protest against the cruel treatment of animals. Here, you can also quote Dag:

The song may sound amazing, but the lyrics are about all sorts of grim things.

There was also an option with a video, but I decided that posting images of bulls bleeding to death would be excessive.

There isn't much difference between quietly slaughtering livestock at a slaughterhouse and publicly killing an animal for the entertainment of beer-drinking, popcorn-eating spectators.
But a couple of videos showing how an enraged machine weighing a ton wraps its horns around an unlucky bullfighter wouldn't hurt...
