Does Nera have a poor win rate because of the first tournament? It seems harsh to penalize her for mistakes made early on...

Everything is fine, no need to worry about trivial things. Besides, I'm the only one with the "Master" rank on the forum, and I'm an adept in Runecraft and Heavencraft banners. Although, even those don't bring me much joy anymore; nothing really excites me these days.

So, the Dragon is also a top pick in the arena. It's worse than the Knight, of course, but not at all worse than the Shadow.

I disagree after the expansion. Silver Cavalier and 100 new evolution-independent removal spells completely counter the Dragon's playstyle in 1-2 turns. And the Dragon got some good upgrades, haha, fervor and a discard owl... In 2017, I would only hesitantly call it a top-3, as the Priest with Damus, Lion, and combinations of removal amulets doesn't seem any worse to me.

This, of course, someone might consider whining or making excuses, but if so, then it's unwarranted.

I always pick the dragon in the arena if I'm not allowed to pick the sword. And while I was maintaining stats (I've stopped now, I got tired of it), the win rate on the dragon was the highest, again, after the sword.

That's not how it works. As the number of games increases, only the accuracy of the statistics will improve, not the win rate. If I played a thousand games on Fortress, its win rate wouldn't even come close to matching Sword's (71.89% with 185 games).

Although Sylvan is doing better now, with the introduction of non-faerie units and spells. Who knows, maybe in one or two expansions, it will be possible to play it more consistently.

I would choose Lord of the Flies; I played the entire tournament with him as the emblem.
Although, I don't think I ever posted it, it appeared in a deck, but not in a game.

I wouldn't mind the Queen of Roses as an emblem.

There's a suggestion to hold a tournament for the upcoming expansion (will there be one?) sooner – in about a week or two after the release, rather than as with the previous one. For some, including myself, interest waned after a month of waiting, especially when only two decks remained in the ranked meta, which ultimately killed interest in the game altogether.

This is possible. This time, the tournament ended much sooner after the release of the new expansion pack.
