You prioritize what you pick, and the stats will reflect that, obviously.

That's not how it works. As the number of games increases, only the accuracy of the statistics will improve, not the win rate. If I played a thousand games on Fortress, its win rate wouldn't even come close to matching Sword's (71.89% with 185 games).
