Dear friends, I wanted to do a small analysis of prices, considering Yekaterinburg, Moscow, and Volgograd, but I came across a fact that surprised me, and I'm a bit discouraged...(((
So, according to the organizer's table:
A double standard room for 7 days costs 3150/room/day, which means the total for seven days is 22050 rubles/room.
We go to the hotel's booking website: the amount for 7 days for the specified period is 20230 rubles/room, because when booking online, the hotel initially offers a 15% discount.
Secondly, the hall is needed for 24 hours, which costs about 11,000 rubles, plus the rental of equipment, namely:
1 Portable screen on a tripod (1.70 x 1.70) 500.00/day
2 Projector (2000 Lm) XGA resolution 2000.00/day
3 Radio microphone, amplifier, mixer, technical support 4000.00/day
4 Radio microphone, amplifier, mixer 2000.00/day
5 Flip chart, notepad, markers 500.00/day
These are additional... mandatory expenses.
In this application, I didn't see any discount or other benefits for our community; there are none at all, and there's even an attempt to obscure the discount that the administration provides initially.
With that, I bid farewell to the scammers and people who have no idea how to organize such events; I have no desire to communicate with them.

Everyone knows how to count their money and doesn’t want to overpay twice for rooms when you didn’t even manage to get any discounts – I don’t think there are many fools around.

Regarding the screens, projector, and other equipment, they are only needed for 1-2 days, and I think their cost will also be included in the final price list.

Merlin, have you become stupid, constantly giving up cards!? Have you seen the prices in Volgograd? Volgograd is personally twice as EXPENSIVE for me as Korolev. And I'm a local. And I don't need to spend time on the road and pay 10-15K for it. Is that clear to you??? If you don't have money for Korolev, and, of course, you would be on a free basis in Volgograd, I am personally ready to give you, say, 5000 rubles. Save up yourself, you have time. I personally really liked how you run the championship – I don't think anyone else could do it that well – they said it was getting boring, maybe, but I was impressed. And don't lie anymore, that's enough. Your biased interest in Volgograd has clouded your mind – take off the blindfold, count everything yourself – without spreadsheets (that's just awful) and with the condition of a normal rest – without dumplings and sausages. Calculate it. And reread it.
