CIS Qualifier for King’s Bounty 2017.

Dear friends, I wanted to do a small analysis of prices, considering Yekaterinburg, Moscow, and Volgograd, but I came across a fact that surprised me, and I'm a bit discouraged...(((
So, according to the organizer's table:
A double standard room for 7 days costs 3150/room/day, which means the total for seven days is 22050 rubles/room.
We go to the hotel's booking website: the amount for 7 days for the specified period is 20230 rubles/room, because when booking online, the hotel initially offers a 15% discount.
Secondly, the hall is needed for 24 hours, which costs about 11,000 rubles, plus the rental of equipment, namely:
1 Portable screen on a tripod (1.70 x 1.70) 500.00/day
2 Projector (2000 Lm) XGA resolution 2000.00/day
3 Radio microphone, amplifier, mixer, technical support 4000.00/day
4 Radio microphone, amplifier, mixer 2000.00/day
5 Flip chart, notepad, markers 500.00/day
These are additional... mandatory expenses.
In this application, I didn't see any discount or other benefits for our community; there are none at all, and there's even an attempt to obscure the discount that the administration provides initially.
With that, I bid farewell to the scammers and people who have no idea how to organize such events; I have no desire to communicate with them.
