And I'll repeat once again, you can always cut back and save on logistics, alcohol, food, and so on. The main thing is the desire and ingenuity.

Also, as additional reference information, the CIS 2015 event in Volgograd cost 13,425 rubles without meals, and with accommodation in a simple and very modest standard. Add the cost of meals, and you'll get almost the same price, but with a higher quality of service

I read through the entire thread, and it's more of a pointless argument than a discussion about the CIS region :( Roughly, the cost per person is 12,000 + 2,500 + 1,750 + 3,500 + 1,250 = 21,000 (this includes only lunches and excludes dinners/barbecues/tournament fees/excursions/alcohol/poker, as well as the cost of tickets). Tickets cost 9,000, and you need at least 10-15,000 for pocket money, so the total cost is around 40-45,000. I'll have to think about it.
