In the first two games, Revan managed to rush me down effectively, and then things got interesting. I got a really good draw: Elana and a Seraph as my first picks, followed by Radiance Angels, Healing Prayer, and other good stuff, which, combined with Guardian San, worked out well. However, Revan defended very well against all this and managed to defeat me one turn before the Seraph's effect would have activated. In the fourth game, I had a great sequence of followers that followed the mana curve, culminating in Gray on turn 8 and Olivia on turn 9. And in the fifth game, I could have easily lost if it weren't for the timely arrival of Wards and Almira, which helped me protect my face and establish control on the board.
Thanks to everyone for the tournament; I played my games, and it was interesting!

Only towards the end of the tournament did I realize my subjective ranking of the factions on the current arena: Sword is clearly not top-tier in my hands (others seem to play it better than I do), Dragons are second, and Haven remains an overpowered faction for me. However, I haven't had a chance to properly test Shadow yet, and I haven't played a single Tier 2 game with Forest (neither in normal play nor in the tournament).
To sell my soul
I guess I didn't pick the most ideal Dragon cards, but they were decent. However, at the beginning of the game, I kept drawing cards costing 5 and 6, even though I had very few of them in my deck (more than half were 2 and 3, then 4 and 1). This severely slowed down my tempo, so I played the Phoenix Amulet to catch up, but it didn't help much.
Grey Knight (Sword) def Fragment (Shadow)
The Sword I drew was pretty bad, but my opponent seemed to have even worse cards.
Fragment (Blood) def Grey Knight (Sword)
I drew a bunch of Wardogs, but none of them dropped during the game (and I was even wondering if I had too many, which would slow down my tempo). My opponent, with a lot of Yurks, a similar-minded mage, and millions of enchanted creatures, overwhelmed me, and I couldn't do anything. This game, and the first one, were subjectively the most unlucky of the tournament, although, to be fair, my opponent's tactics were too good, and I probably would have lost anyway.
Grey Knight (Sword) def Fragment (Haven)
But here, something went wrong for my opponent. He dealt a lot of damage, and his Wardogs were played too late against me.
Grey Knight (Dragon) def Fragment (Shadow)
Here, my opponent played Wardogs against me almost every turn, haha. But still, it's a Dragon, and it has strong attack power when it wants to.

I drew a lot of Warders, but none of them dropped during the game (and I was even wondering if I had too many Warders, and if it would slow down my tempo). My opponent had a lot of Yurks, a creature of the same type, and a million Kin enchantments, and I couldn't do anything. This game and the first game were subjectively the most unlucky of the tournament, although, to be fair, my opponent's tactics were too good, and I probably would have lost anyway.

But here, something didn't go right for my opponent. He hit hard and strong, but the Warders against me were played too late.
Grey Knight (Dragon) def Fragment (Shadow)
Here, my opponent played Warders against me almost every turn, haha. But still, it's a Dragon; it has strong pressure when it wants to.
In general, thanks to Ment for one of the most interesting 5-game matches I've played.
If you don't have a Dark Prince or something similar in your hand, it's not recommended to play this amulet; you can only do it if your opponent doesn't have any cards... Otherwise, it only helps them.

What were you saying about everything being decided already? In theory, Neyra, Ment, and Tox could still take first place.
Although, Neyra probably has the best chance; I don't really believe that Tox or I can win.
Ment's chances of becoming number one are, accordingly, slightly lower, and for that to happen, the following conditions need to be met: I lose all 5 matches against him (and thus practically drop out of the list of contenders for 1st place or have a very unstable position), and Revan also loses to his remaining opponents. Tox has the exact same situation.
By the way, Fragment is still in the running, and he needs to win all his remaining matches with a perfect win streak.
