Dear ladies and gentlemen, yesterday I held the final negotiations with the administration of the Park Club "Dubrovsky," and as a result, we have finalized the proposal for hosting the CIS 2017 event in Volgograd.

Accommodation:

The prices have not decreased significantly, but they have allowed us to add extra beds to the rooms (i.e., the number of beds increases by adding a folding bed, and the cost does not increase).



Meals:
Breakfast is included in the accommodation price.
Lunch - 350 rubles.
Dinner - from 350 to 500 rubles (optional).

Conference Hall, Internet:

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. A high-speed business line can be provided in the conference hall, but it is a paid service (5,000 rubles per day).

After the negotiations, we achieved the following results:
We are provided with a luxurious conference hall, which is divided into three zones (the conference hall itself can accommodate 70-80 people), a dining area, tables, a kitchen, etc., a meeting room (ideally suited for poker), conference hall equipment, and a dedicated high-speed internet line. All of this is available 24/7, with a separate entrance. The premises are beautiful, bright, and new.
The cost of all this is 17,500 rubles per day.

A festive banquet is included: The cost is 2,500 rubles per person, excluding alcohol; you can bring your own alcohol. The banquet menu is attached.
We will also receive a 25% discount on all additional services for the duration of our stay.

Ideally, it would be better to rent cottages, as the standard rooms are quite expensive, but they are worth it. They have been officially awarded a 4-star rating, and believe me, it's a real 4-star rating.
The entire complex is new, built with glass and wood, and plastic is almost non-existent. The territory is huge and simply magnificent, located right in the middle of an oak grove!

Here's the breakdown: the log cabin consists of two completely autonomous blocks (two-story), each block has its own bathroom, kitchen, etc. There is a door between the blocks that can be locked from both sides. Each block initially has four beds, two downstairs and two on the second floor (but the floors are not isolated from each other). It is possible to add one extra bed (a folding bed) to each block.
