I decided not to postpone using the Tavern hero until later stages, as he doesn't seem to be highly rated. Here, on 8mm6a, he wasn't hopeless, as there's a chance to quickly reach the opponent with spellcasters and mages and maybe even win without reaching the late game.
Much of the game was decided by the decision not to take a restart on 111, even though I could only buy three heroes, and scouting in both directions immediately found exits from the tiny starting area, which had almost nothing. I figured that for a quick game, which I was hoping for, a small starting area was even better. The following days showed that this was at least a good decision.
In principle, I managed to implement the plan in general terms. In the middle of the second week, I seemed to have blocked the opponent in his right lower zone (if you orient yourself according to the template scheme). And in the middle of the third week, when he tried to break through past me, I managed to catch Valeska and win the final with a clear advantage.
I'm disappointed by the abundance of small and not-so-small mistakes along the way. For example, on 117, after taking the Angel dwelling, I realized that I would have to change almost all the resources to buy this angel - and my first move was to trade all the gems. After that, when the facepalm pose ended, I had to crawl around the corners with all the remaining heroes, instead of the planned strategy, and collect all the crumbs I could reach, just to scrape together enough for the angel. This mistake cost me a couple of in-game days of frustration and a financial crisis until the very end of the game. But I still managed to pull it off.

Huge starting zone for me and very rich, with 3 elves dwellings only 2 taken, 3 consevatories with 6 angels and 2 hives with 8+4 wyverns. I planned to attack in week 3 but in 131 my opponent said gg. Thanks for the game!

Reached 122 with a rush, having 2 angels and 500 skeletons. Because Bishop had Titans, I managed to recover in the center.

Good layout with an external dwelling of griffins, Dungeon village, level 2 Griffin Conservatory and 4 Dragon Fly Hives on 30 ducks and a Ring of the Magi (1 artifact from the start, 2 quest ones were lying by me). Everything was gathered and on 122 with 30 ducks and 10 angels I break 2 ГО with pits and ducks, losing 3 knights and 1 harpy. Then there was an epic killing of the second papa on auto-battle against upgraded gargoyles on tactics. In the center, a Pandora's Box behind trolls for 20k gold and 20 cerberi behind archers. I thought for a long time about which side Valentin was on, because he didn't take mines and land scouting showed nothing, but from the resource generated on the road 300 moves from the castle I understood where he was.
On 123 it flashed that blue had more castles, I realized he had taken the central one. I bring the meat and attack. 10 angels 30 ducks 20 cerberi 9 knights 9 monks 1 harpy against 2 angels 3 dragons 35 ducks 3 upgraded harpies and 35 troglodytes. I won. There, the ГО red dragons heavily cut down the troglodytes, so Valentin was unlucky.
