Ples, neutral cards are better because they are available to everyone. I myself spent a long time thinking about what to put in the deck: Dance or Execute, but I still opted for Dance. Currently, there aren't many Talisman decks in the meta, only Seraph, but killing him is more trouble than it's worth. And 2 damage can play an important role.

Regarding the design of the lizards: I've never been a fan of dragons anywhere, rather, I dislike them, but here they are drawn very cool. I spent 200 hours on Steam admiring their art and animations.

Yeah, there’s rarely a point in damaging yourself with Vengeance. Unless you have some clever combinations, like Dire Bond x2, or Dire Bond + Slow Dealer + some good follower with Vengeance drain (like Raichus Devil, for example).
