No. I'm only confused by the fact that two clues can be identified in the description. "Lamentation" is 99% a clue. I don't believe that Revan accidentally saw this word somewhere and decided to use it as a name. Or that he came up with a random name that happened to match this term letter by letter. As I understand it, Mafia 4 leaves a clue on another player INSTEAD of a clue on themselves, and not that an additional clue is given. If this is really the case, and considering that there are no planted clues in this game, I conclude that "Northern War" is not a clue, but simply part of the literary description of the murder.
