In my opinion, Kha-Beleth and Isabel are own kinds of monsters. Biara is just a bitch... a vile succubus; it's a pity Railag didn't gut her.
Agrail-Railag isn't actually any better either; he only started helping the good guys for the sake of saving Isabel. I've never liked overly selfish paranoiacs (Railag; paranoid mania - Isabel. Kha-Beleth - paranoid mania - destruction of all existence). Said everything there is to say about Biara :) Isabel is a poor thing. She has an awesome inferiority complex. If I were Nicholas, I would never have married her.
Zehir is funny. Godric is a good lad. I actually liked Markel; even though he's a scoundrel, he has a sense of humor! Faidaen is a good guy, sure, but an IDIOT! To come up with such foul poems—you could just hang yourself while listening to him in the Campaigns! He shames my favorite race with his pathetic poetic attempts.

Well, a hero doesn't necessarily have to be good to be likable.

Well, it's all a matter of personal preference, of course. I personally consider myself more of a good guy, and I find myself drawn to good heroes... :)
