Yes, yours are only for Humans. But Heroist has a buff for willpower, so there's that. But I still think the idea is questionable, as the units will be controlled by a character who will either die quickly (and leave us with a crowd of unhappy units, probably wanting our deaths), or may use them to "cause trouble."
