Brief overview: after the natural death of Tartarus and Ea, Ixian was to be raised in the family of his maternal uncle — in the same low-influence Aizawa clan in eastern Taosia; however, as a boy, the Ito clan became interested in him due to his talents and lineage, which marked the beginning of his training under the strict supervision of Ito Bansai. This natural disaster and indestructible monster the size of a single human is direct proof that the peoples of Ertenia should not make concessions to the overseas race of bloody tyrants. Everything human is foreign to them, and only one fate awaits them — final death and oblivion.

The SEC does not possess detailed information regarding the hierarchy and sponsors of 'Zighar', however, it has been established that this woman is the undisputed leader of the organization, if not officially, then certainly de facto. Her true motives remain a mystery, but the SEC doubts the kindness of her intentions.
In the past, Shiel was the right hand of the head of Tyrezit and is likely the most effective scout and informant in Ertenia in the current era.

#4. Mortas

Author and sole producer of a potent drug known as the "Flower of Shai". Humans and non-humans experiencing the effect of this potion suffered strong hallucinations accompanied by pleasant, dream-like visions. After the effect of the 'Flower' ceased, users experienced improved general well-being, increased brain activity and mental abilities, and furthermore, they were always in a state of elevated mood. There are only two side effects to this potion: very strong psychological dependence and a reduction of life expectancy to three or four years.
