We're managing for now. There's no point in going to extreme lengths to include mages. If it works out, great. If not, that's fine too. That's just my opinion.
I wouldn't call it jumping out of one's pants, but okay. Randel, as I understand it, moves faster than Tessar and won't be able to take the bow from him, since he doesn't have one anyway, nor will he be able to deal any damage, but it seems like there's still a 10% chance of a one-shot kill, so I think it's worth trying to shoot.
