Vampire, succubus, undead, mutant cannibal... yeah, they're all hopeless romantics.
Where do we end up when we save the world?

Instead, learn Lich's magic, since it's unavailable. I understand that Lichinia has the same spell selection limitations as Prismalia. And taking the skill will help you bypass these limitations.

Or take the Mongolian national hero, and you can start with five companions (two for the aristocrat, two for Rosario, and one more for black magic) and a dragon.
But honestly, I don't mind, Dawn sounds good too.

The name Eledar Darsen was quite well-known in Nozenrot – at least in his hometown. Coming from a wealthy family and generally a pleasant person, he received a good education and married one of the most beautiful girls in town. His happy wife adored her husband and was especially amazed by how skillfully and easily he managed his affairs. Every time she tried to start a conversation on this topic, Eledar quickly changed the subject, preferring to appease his wife with a new dress or diamond tiara. Of course, he had legitimate business dealings, but as soon as the sun set, the respectable citizen transformed into a gambler, petty thief, and duelist. Eledar carefully maintained his anonymity, and no one, including his own wife, even suspected this side of his life. Moreover, discretion and skill with a blade greatly helped him in his usual business – some competitors disappeared without a trace…
That fateful evening, Eledar, as usual, spent his time at a card table. The man was incredibly lucky, and if you add to that the minor cheating he indulged in, it's not surprising that almost all the other players were soon completely broke. Only the skillful cheater himself and a mysterious lady in a heavy hooded cloak remained.
- Well, my dear lady, it is ungentlemanly to upset women, but I must do so, - said Eledar, laying down his cards. – But don’t be sad. If luck isn’t on your side in games, maybe it will be in love.
- Oh, how unfortunate, - sadly replied the stranger, - you have ruined me; I really need money!
Eledar wanted to make a joke, as he usually did in such cases, but something in the girl's voice stopped him.
- Indeed, this is very regrettable, - he sympathetically responded, - but perhaps I can help you somehow?
- If you would be so kind... - the lady's eyes gleamed demonically in the shadow of her hood. – I owe a lot of money to a very rich man. As you see, you don't want to part with your winnings; that is your right. But because of you, I cannot pay off the debt, therefore…
- Anything, madam!
- Kill him, - the woman unexpectedly said fiercely.
The man nervously laughed.
- Really, from you, this is quite strange. I am a family man; I have a wife, children… They will be…
- Oh, so you will treacherously abandon a beautiful lady in trouble? – there were capricious notes in the girl's voice. Eledar realized that he wouldn’t leave. Even if he really wanted to, he couldn’t refuse her.
- No… What are you… I will do it now.
- Excellent, - the stranger smiled seductively. – I will give you the address. Bring me his nose or ear as proof that you have fulfilled my small request. I will wait for you on the outskirts of town, at the stables near the tavern.
Eledar rushed out of the gambling establishment and ran down the street. Fortunately, his wife was asleep and didn't ask any unnecessary questions. The man took his family rapier and went to commit his dark deed.
He had killed before, but those were competitors, moreover, lonely and not very pleasant people to deal with. But the man whose murder the strange woman demanded, Eledar knew – he was an old acquaintance, a nice family man. It seemed even more strange that he could not force himself to refuse to fulfill the request. And was it even a request?
It wasn't difficult to get into the victim's bedroom. Killing the unfortunate man with one quick strike was also easy. But when Eledar began to cut off evidence of his deed, the murdered man's wife woke up and screamed loudly. Without hesitation, the killer tore off the victim’s ear and jumped out the window.
It is all over. Goodbye, reputation. Now he must run away, as far as possible, perhaps even hitchhike with that woman – obviously, she was just passing through. For some reason, Eledar felt that this was exactly what she expected. Making his way through the alleys, the man entered his house – his wife was still sleeping – and quickly began to pack. He hesitated for a moment, then made up his mind. On a piece of paper, he wrote a farewell message.
-Forgive me for everything, my love, and don't hold a grudge. We will probably never see each other again, and I can only guess what our child will be like. Raise him with love and care.
P.S. The stash of money is in the basement behind the wine barrel.
Fortunately, the road to the tavern was not long. The cunning stranger was already waiting for the ill-fated murderer and smiled triumphantly when he presented proof of his deed.
- You have already caused enough trouble, my friend, - she giggled. – I suppose you won't refuse if I offer you my company.
- How strange, I myself wanted to ask about it, - replied Eledar.
- Excellent. I hope we get along. And now let’s get to know each other better…
With a graceful gesture, the lady removed her hood, revealing a pair of smooth ebony-black horns.
