A good ending.

Unfortunately, the movie is not very good.

I forgot to mention one observation about Star Wars that I made after watching the new movie: the prequel trilogy is better than the original. The plot undoubtedly suffers because it focuses on Anakin and the events surrounding him, but otherwise, it surpasses the classic trilogy. Why? Because these films are well-made, and the level of silliness has been reduced to a minimum (at least compared to the original). A simple example: the clones are portrayed as professionals, while the stormtroopers in the classic trilogy shoot like complete idiots, not hitting anyone or anything. In the new trilogy (starting with the seventh episode that I saw), the same theme is evident (only even worse, because even ordinary soldiers can wield lightsabers at the level of a trained Sith), apparently, "returning to the roots" – as I mentioned earlier – means taking all the bad things and leaving all the good things in the past.

The comedic elements have been minimized, not least due to the presence of Jar Jar Binks in the prequels.

That's a very insightful observation, as even the presence of such a degenerate character and autistic droids doesn't make the classic films any better in this regard compared to the prequels.

Well, at least during the classic era, you don't have to constantly look around.

I watched all these movies, except for the series and the last two items, because one is a documentary and the other is an animated film.
I watched them in this order because of the chronology and everything. Overall, it's decent (especially considering the unbroken connection between the films), not a masterpiece, of course, but better than any ordinary action movie. I don't think it makes sense to watch any of the films separately, because it's not as interesting, not to mention missing some plot episodes and the fact that the fate of some characters from one hero's film may be revealed in another hero's film. And of course, some films are more interesting, and others less so. For example, the second film about Captain America is much better than the first. It's a pity that they replaced the actors playing War Machine and Hulk, although in the latter case, it might be for the best, considering the future love story.

I also watched "Civil War." They really mixed things up... A huge number of new and relatively new characters, without a clear backstory, and so on... Spider-Man is even younger than before and goes to kindergarten (and instead of the classic spider humor, we have a constant sense of surprise and naive admiration for the world around him). The characters' actions are questionable in many cases. The ending is completely out of the ordinary. But there is one plus: there is some kind of plot, as I already said, albeit very debatable. Let's say that in the first "Captain America" there weren't even the beginnings of a plot, nor in some second "Iron Man," in my opinion. Here, there is something. There is action. Overall, it seemed better to me than average. 5/10

X-Men: Apocalypse
It's best if you've seen the two previous films, because everything happens so quickly here. You can feel that there wasn't enough time, and that's why new characters are introduced into the plot in just one or two scenes. But the worst thing is how the motivations of the characters who join the main villain are portrayed, although Magneto is still portrayed well. In general, there are many controversial moments, some of which seem strange, forced, and maybe even silly. But it's still easier if you're familiar with the characters and the overall story; for such people, additional information is not really needed (unless the flaws in the plot don't compensate for it). I also felt that there was not enough action, although the scenes were cool, there was a lot of good graphics, and so on. The characters are good and likeable (although it's a bit unusual to see Sansa in a different role). The scene with Quicksilver is great, better than in the previous film, and the song is so well-chosen, as it seems to me. That's it. It's a pity for some of the characters, but nothing can be done about it, unfortunately, and they could have been used further. Overall, it's a decent film, in some ways better than the previous one, but not without its flaws. And of course, they really intrigued me with the next part, if you take into account the scene after the credits. It's a real dream. The main thing is that they don't mess it up.

X-Men: Apocalypse

Similar. In principle, it's a decent movie, and I must admit that I enjoy the Marvel storylines about mutants much more than all those Avengers stories. The world seems more alive, more dynamic... The characters are interesting and not so one-dimensional (even when the Avengers behave inappropriately or atypically, when they try to show some internal struggles, it looks extremely artificial, as if they instantly become absolute idiots for a while). Here, the setting itself is such that the characters' actions and conflicts make sense. Of course, there are complaints about the movie, and the speed that Ar mentioned is particularly noticeable. But overall – 7/10

As I understand it, the main motivation is some kind of mystical experience, when Apocalypse gives his servants power. He somehow integrates himself into them and so on... It looks like a reference to a mystical experience; the religious Polish Magneto almost takes Apocalypse seriously as the one he is used to praying to. So... I think this moment is quite normal, perhaps a little exaggerated, but not too much.

So, I watched Warcraft. I think it wasn't worth going, it's all too chaotic, fast-paced, and nothing is properly explained. There are also some silly moments, the acting is mediocre, and the storylines... lol. You don't empathize with the characters, and it doesn't feel like a cohesive story. Although, maybe it's okay for fans, I don't know. Basically, there's not much epicness to it; it's more like a draft for future films, but a raw one. Perhaps the other parts will be better if they don't abandon the sequels.
The graphics... well, I liked the magic; it really looks good, especially considering how it usually looks in movies (I'm thinking of the battle between Gandalf and Saruman). Everything else is just average, although the landscapes are also not bad. But what bothered me the most was the human weapons and armor, which look like plastic, and the battles aren't that great either. On the other hand, fans might like the fact that they resemble the ones from the game; in fact, even the orcish towers look like the towers from the game, which is possibly a plus.
And besides the magic, I can also add some plot twists to the positives, which I didn't expect. Perhaps for those who know the lore (if the film is based on the history), these moments won't be a surprise.

I should have gone to see X-Men again; I would have saved money
