We still need 8 players; we have 5 with contributions and 7 without. Ideally, we should also have 1-2 backup players in case someone drops out unexpectedly. This will reduce the time spent on drafting/trading and increase the variety of the game.

And thirdly, the castles in HotA are quite balanced, at least the Jeb's dispersion clearly outweighs the dispersion of castle strength. Proof of this is the statistics of rarely played castles (Dungeon-Cove-Necropolis-Tavern-Inferno): 6-1.
