The gravity on Mars is decent, even better than on the ISS. With a special training program, no one will have any health problems. As for recreating Earth's ecosystem, with lions chasing antelopes... I don't think it's a wise investment, considering current technology.
It would be more profitable to focus on flights to Jupiter. There's enough hydrocarbons there to supply the entire galaxy for a very long time.

It would be more profitable to use them for flights to Jupiter. There, there are enough hydrocarbons for the entire galaxy, with plenty to spare.
I hope that when flights to Jupiter become more or less commonplace, we will have already forgotten that we once used hydrocarbons in space programs...

There will be no flights to Jupiter. Nor to Mars. Not even to the Moon.

Hey, back off, don't mess with the Heroes player, got it?!
If I want to, I'll mess with whoever I want, and you're not the one to tell me what to do!

And then they complain that I write yaoi fanfiction about them.
А, вот почему.
