While I am in the process of working on the setting, I need feedback regarding the numbers — they are always a problem.
Below are the current characteristics for several peoples: three human nations with slight differences, the all-around good Assarians, and hardcore Sorceress.

Estimated number of characteristic points for distribution: ~100-130
What am I interested in?
1. Character survivability in relation to damage received and the overall playability of stats.
Let's look at an example of same-predicted damage from ordinary weapons.
One-handed sword - 35
For a warrior wielding one-handed weapons, it is not uncommon to make three attacks per turn.
Two-handed sword - 110
2. Movement speed.

Typical battle field sizes are shown here.
From the experience of the previous game, I had two problems: one was excessively huge action radii for most spells, and the second was the fact that characters could cross half the map in a single turn.
In general, I am more or less satisfied with a situation where characters move only a small number of cells with a low characteristic, but I think this may also cause some problems.
Numbers are rounded down, but in the case of speed, 0.5 makes sense for those who take the skill allowing diagonal movement (1.5)
3. Damage dealt/effect of spells and their cost.
For example, let's take the fire school of magic.
Fire Wall
Damage:
20% SP (henceforth an abbreviation for magic power) + the same amount on the next turn.
Cost:
20 per 1 square
Duration: until the end of the battle.
Explosion
Damage:
100% SPCost:
125Flash
Damage:
125% SPCost:
125Fire ShieldReflected damage:
SP/4=% reflected fire damage to the enemy before resistances are applied.
SP/4=% fire resistance.
Range: 1
Cost:
75IgnitionDamage:
SP/40=% of max HP every turn.
Cost:
100Inferno
Damage:
50-200% SP? - this spell can deviate by 0-5 cells vertically and 0-5 cells horizontally.
Cost:
200ArdorSP/4= -% fire resistance.
SP/6= -% to psyche.
Outside of combat, it is not an aggressive action.
Range: 5
A typical problem may arise from the fact that at a low or high cost, weak and medium casters will be capable of nothing (now all spells depend on SP), but with high damage/low-medium cost, stronger casters will be able to spam one-shots.
These are the main points for now. It should be understood that character religion, their skills, and other features are not taken into account here.
