If you don't see the connection between elves and Native Americans... Well... It's subjective, so that's okay. For me, it's perfectly natural that a hero of this race wears a helmet in the shape of a deer's head, as it fits perfectly with the style of this race; for you, it doesn't, because you probably see the style of this race differently...
An example of what doesn't fit the style is the buildings in the elf city in the 3rd part. The completely European appearance of the units, the European mythology that underlies the race, and the European costumes, in my opinion, are completely disharmonious with the Chinese-Japanese style of the buildings.

and the dwarves... well, maybe they got tired of being short, so they decided to sit higher than everyone else, and where did they even dig up the mammoths.... it's unlikely they got them from the Necropolis; they probably crossbred their own bears and elephants with mages, and that's why the hero doesn't even fight the enemies himself=)

Looks like mages are only good for smoking a hookah. But the Elephant is awesome in Heroes! However, Necromancers are truly insane creatures.

They shouldn't have given the Dwarves mammoths; it's the same as giving mages elephants.
They should have given bears to the Heroes, just like they did for the units...

Nightly Edelweiss, so, it turns out that Warlocks are in an alliance with Necromancers... these lizard-like creatures have already driven mammoths to extinction.

Paladin on horseback, Necromancers – the main sponsors of everyone =). They should charge for resurrection.

We, the Necromancers, are good people and don't charge money!:cool:
And the Dwarves really shouldn't have been given Mammoths; bears would have been better.

And the Dark Elves can ride Minotaurs! (They are their slaves, after all):)
The Necropolis needs to have a resurrected Dinosaur. For example, a Tyrannosaurus.
