We present to your attention a "satellite" tournament, the main prize of which will be paid participation and accommodation at the main tournament of the year, CIS-2016, in St. Petersburg.
The above-mentioned package includes:
Accommodation: 7 days in a standard twin room, 8,850 rubles, with the option to choose a roommate (or roommatess)
Meals: 7 days, breakfast and lunch, 4,550 rubles
Conference hall payment for all days - 1,500 rubles
Participation in the main CIS-2016 event - 3,000 rubles
Total package cost: 18,000 rubles

Entry fee - 1,500 rubles. Preferred payment method: transfer to a Sberbank card. Any commission fees are to be covered by the Sender.

Attention:
This package will be issued on-site on 30.04.16 or 01.05.16 and cannot be transferred to third parties, nor converted into cash (there is an option to exchange the room for an upgraded one with an additional payment or change the meal plan; everything else remains unchanged!!). If the winner of this tournament declines the trip, the package cost is non-refundable and will be added to the prize pool!

Players residing in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region are not allowed to participate in this tournament. (An exception is permitted for those who donate half of the BI to the prize pool; as the organizer, I cannot refuse benefactors))
Minimum number of participants: 12 people. Main prize: a package for accommodation and participation in the main tournament of the year, CIS-2016 in St. Petersburg.

Rules: standard + the following changes:
Game version: SoD 3.2 + latest working version of the HD-Mod + HeroesWorld Rules 1.38 (except for the Anarchy template)
Templates: h3dm1, 8mm6a, 6lm10a, JebusCross, Diamond, Mini-Nosta, Anarchy. The player lower in the bracket starts the template draft.
Faction and color selection: Randomizer with bidding. The player higher in the bracket makes the first bid for the faction. (If the bid for a faction reaches 10,000, the color is given to the other player for free)
Description: The host generates a pair of random factions using a special button. Immediately after generation, each player may request a regeneration once for a 500-gold penalty paid to the opponent. If during the regeneration at least one faction repeats, the same player may (but is not obligated to) request a free regeneration until a new pair of factions appears. The penalty cannot exceed 10,000 gold. After bidding for the faction, bidding for color takes place.
For example, after all bidding, a pair of red Castle vs. blue Fortress is generated. Castle was bought for 2,000, and the color for 1,000. The host transfers the total sum of 3,000 to the players' accounts via a special button (in HeroesWorld Rules 1.38) before the start of the game as follows: sets a value of -3,000 next to the red player, and +3,000 next to the blue player.
We play with rebuilding! Since at the CIS it will be enabled to avoid deadlock situations: might VS control.
Time limit for each game: 7 days!

An interesting question has come up regarding the rules for the SoD mirror, since the HeroesWorld rules are still in development, I will formulate the general points mandatory for participants of this Satellite.

1). Before the game, each participant can ban from 0 to 1 faction, then a mandatory faction is generated. Who bans the faction first is determined by a coin toss.
2). Then bidding for the hero takes place. Each participant can ban from 0 to 1 hero, then bidding occurs to choose first from the remaining heroes. Who bans the hero first is determined by a coin toss.
3). Then bidding for color. The winner transfers the total amount to the loser.
4). Redraw is allowed. Bid accordingly.
5). Hit and Run is forbidden
6). Philosophy of sameness for h3dm1:
Based on the consideration that both opponents have everything identical (well, except for heroes so far..), the meaning of additional restrictions is lost, meaning players can go wherever they want and pick up/visit any objects without breaking the guard!!! Including with Fly or Dimension Door
7). As for all L+U - the restriction of 1 Dimension Door per turn per hero applies.
8). It is allowed to buy and upgrade any monsters
9). Diplomacy, Cloak of the Undead King, Cartographer, Hill Fort, and the use of game cheats/bugs described by the HeroesWorld rules are FORBIDDEN!!!
10). When starting with a non-Necropolis faction, it is forbidden to build the Amplifier +10% to Necro in secondary towns. Otherwise, there would be a strong imbalance for whom Necro works and for whom it doesn't. I hope Wizard can make identical heroes or do something about Necro))
11). Using level 4-5 scrolls without building the Mage Guild is FORBIDDEN!! However, HeroesWorld Rules will not allow this anyway)
12). If I remember anything else, or if I am reminded, I will add it.

Please note that Redraw is allowed on the following templates:
h3dm1, 8mm6a, 6lm10a, Anarchy
On the templates JebusCross, Diamond, Mini-Nosta, Redraw is FORBIDDEN!!!

However, by agreement with your opponent, but only BEFORE THE GAME! You can negotiate and change the rules as you wish!
