Friends, those who plan to attend this event but haven't yet informed us (especially those coming from other cities) should not delay until the last moment and/or put the organizers in a difficult position by saying something like, "I'll let you know on the 19th that I'm leaving on the 20th."
To be honest, I didn't expect such a large turnout, so there might be problems with sleeping arrangements, and some of the latecomers might have to sleep on the floor. To avoid this, we should at least get some inflatable mattresses or folding beds for you.

I'd like to visit sometime during the week (the specific day doesn't matter yet), without staying overnight. I plan to take the train, departing from Finban. The options are 11:26, 12:04, 13:05, and 14:07. There are trains back at 18:45, 19:35, and 20:31. The travel time is 1:15. If anyone wants to join, let me know. And my second question: will anyone be able to meet me at the station and drive me to the location? Or is there a bus that goes there?

I'm planning to be there on the 21st. I'll walk from the station. I've been there before. There's theoretically a bus, but I don't know anything about it, and I didn't see it on my last trip.
