I just thought that listing swords, spears, hammers, and axes in the inventory for different situations would be too much.

Felina Charlaine
Felina was born into a family of werewolves who had the misfortune of living in a small village somewhere on the outskirts of the Volmar state. It was difficult to hide their bestial nature from the watchful eye of the Order of Paladins, so everyone in the area knew about Lina and her family's true nature. The locals blamed the unfortunate werewolves for any trouble, even though they weren't inherently evil or bloodthirsty; rather, they were quite friendly, but their good-natured character didn't always help them.
It’s not surprising that little Felina had almost no friends, and she studied reading, arithmetic, and the properties of various herbs to pass the time, dreaming of opening an apothecary and becoming a doctor so that everyone would finally love her. However, these pursuits only widened the gap between the girl and the other villagers, and sometimes even led to visits from the local head of the Order – a kind man who gently and persistently tried to guide the little cat onto the right path. But Lina turned out to be a stubborn child and tried to defend her right to study herbs because she intended to use her knowledge solely for good.
The pointless argument lasted for years, and it is unknown who would have won if one day thirteen-year-old Felina, while cleaning dishes in the local tavern (she needed to bring income to the family), noticed a suspicious notebook that accidentally fell out of the backpack of an equally suspicious fellow. The girl quietly hid the book in the folds of her clothes, and the creepy man left without noticing its loss. As soon as she got a free moment, Lina eagerly pounced on the loot, which consisted of several dozen sheets filled with eerie formulas and symbols. It took several weeks to understand what was written, and when the cat finally deciphered one of the spells, she immediately decided to try it out on a pigeon she had killed during a night walk. Her mother caught her doing this. The woman was smart enough not to tell her husband about what their daughter was up to, but the child was severely reprimanded, deprived of "this unholy booklet," and coldly sent to the corner, despite her hysterics. The book was hidden with the intention of burning it later to avoid any trouble.
Lina cried all evening, and by nightfall, she made up her mind to run away. She gathered a small bundle with the essentials and hid it in the yard. When the sun set, the cat quickly figured out where the precious notebook was hidden (her mother got busy in the evening and completely forgot about the necromancy textbook) and quietly stole it. By morning, Felina had already left her hometown and headed wherever her eyes led her.
The book was written in sufficient detail and clearly (at most, from a third to half of the symbols needed to be deciphered depending on the spell), so the girl relatively quickly mastered a couple of simple unholy tricks that allowed her to stay away from representatives of the Order of Paladins. Felina did not risk returning to her village and finding out what happened to her parents, although deep down, she felt sorry for her decision and wished her family well.
Her travels led the cat to one of the Dagorian communities. At first, the locals were suspicious of the stranger, but then they helped her build a house on the edge of the forest, and after some time, Felina became the local witch – helping someone in love affairs, curing others' ailments, and even casting curses on very unpleasant people if necessary. Lina definitely enjoyed this life, and soon she even found a boyfriend who wasn’t too bothered by the fact that his beloved turned into a cat at night and roamed the forests.
But alas! One terrible evening, a well-organized gang of bandits attacked the community. Lina helped as much as she could, but her strength was not enough – almost all the inhabitants were killed or taken captive, and the girl escaped only because the sun had set, and the small brave cat, thrown aside by a strong blow, was no longer searched for among the bushes; everyone thought she was dead.
After such a blow, Felina was too weak to follow the gang quickly, and then the trail of the villains disappeared. She again turned to the half-forgotten notebook, but now her desires were not limited to everyday matters and experiments on corpses – the cat craved blood and revenge. All she had left was to hope that sooner or later she would meet with her lover, whom she saw being dragged away into captivity…

Inventory:
- Travel clothes and cloak with hood; bag in which she carries the rest of her belongings.
- Short dress made of light fabric, neatly folded into a small bundle that the cat can easily carry in its teeth.
- Flask with water.
- Herbs, a couple of empty bottles, at the GM’s discretion – a couple of self-made potions.
- Earrings with some imitation coral. Cheap but pretty jewelry. You won’t buy gold mountains with it, but you might have a few coppers left for beer and meat.
- Brocade with a ruby pendant in the shape of a bat. A gift from her lover. It is kept in cat form because it fits tightly around the neck. Expensive in both senses of the word; she will only sell it if absolutely necessary.
- That very "book" aka "Necromancy for Beginners" aka "Self-Teacher for Young Necromancers" - an old, filthy book to the point of being unusable, carefully and reliably wrapped in cloth and sewn into a bag.
- Bark and a piece of charcoal for notes.
- Accumulated savings – not much, but still more than three coppers.
Equipment:
- Sacrificial dagger – does not represent anything special in battle, but it is convenient for cutting meat during breaks, drawing pentagrams, or sacrificing unlucky bandits.
- At the GM's discretion – corset. The leather on it is quite dense, but who would aim at the waist when there are even more important parts of the body exposed?
