Keep in mind that all these names still have deeper roots. In general, modern names usually have the following prototypes: Hebrew, Greek, and Latin. Essentially, Germanic names are something like Vercingetorix. There aren't many of those now (or almost none).
And in general, all European names are Indo-European. They just don't delve that deep.
