First, transfer the entire army of Railag, explore the map, and gather an army. Almost all Dungeon monsters will join you (recruit dragons). There is a fortress on a hill on the surface.

Shaia is in a worse situation. But her main goal is simply to escape from Groll so she doesn't get defeated. And defeating him with Agrailov's Might and Destiny and a phoenix is a piece of cake...

This is true if you have Magic Defense and a Phoenix, but with a bad upgrade for Raelag (in this mission, he's no longer Agrail), you might not have any of that...
Try not to prolong the time, gather all available troops (as mentioned above, most of them will join you), and use Raelag to break through Grol.
If you don't like the hero's upgrade, replay the previous missions.

The Master Duel is easily obtained in the 2nd mission. If it's not available in any of the castles, there's the Mage Treasury and the Dragon Utopia. And before level 18, you can almost always upgrade to Chaos. After all, it has a 15% chance of dropping for a Warlock.

In my opinion, it’s quite difficult to level up a Warlock effectively. The main thing is to take Chaos Magic, and everything else isn’t that important. Personally, I played through this campaign twice; the first time, I didn’t even know about the Skill Wheel. As a result, I didn’t take Luck, and I didn’t have Arcane Luck. Nevertheless, I completed it without any problems. The second time, I played on a higher difficulty level (the second-highest), and I took Luck, but I didn’t take Summoning Magic; again, I didn’t experience any particular difficulties in any of the missions.

With Raïlag well-leveled from previous missions, this mission seemed the easiest to me. I caught the enemy at the beginning of the second week. Despite my small army suffering serious losses, I was satisfied because Shadia gained the ability to safely parade between dwellings, the fort, and Raïlag. The only problem is finding a sufficient number of enemies for maximum hero leveling without running out of time. Raïlag completed this task at the end of the second month. There was no longer any question of leveling Shadia—time was pressing. She only got a spell power boost; I couldn't find any others.

Nowhere else does the heroes' ability to automatically find a path to the target help as much as in this mission (I discovered this ability back in the first Campaign). When I directed Raïlag toward the enemy, he jumped into teleports many times but reached him within a single turn. I would never have been able to do that manually.
