Posts from Warlock – “Expansion” [4th campaign, 2nd mission]

In short, here it is:

The most idiotic mission, which took me about 2 hours, even though it's easy and should be completed in 20 minutes. All because of that Tear of Ashi... I had it in the same place as in SuperGuru's screenshot. The actual location and how it looks on the map don't resemble each other at all. On the puzzle map, there was some kind of spider, the mountains were much larger, and many things were different. It's also unclear why we have to run around the obelisks again if a similar mission has already been done, and we've already been introduced to the excavation mechanics (if all this is done with the intention of teaching new players). There's no interest in the process itself, and it could have been avoided or a normal map could have been made.

Hey everyone, could you please help me out? I was playing Heroes and got to the Warlock campaign in the expansion. I went on a business trip, and when I came back, I found out that my wife reinstalled Windows. Now my progress is gone. I don't want to have to play everything from the beginning. Is it possible to start playing Heroes from the 4th campaign (are there any patches or mods that allow this)? Or is there a way to restore my progress?
