Hello! I have Heroes3 HD installed. The original maps are stored in the Maps-Collection folder, but the game only displays a small portion of the maps contained in the folder, and yes, the game doesn't recognize new maps placed there either. The file extensions match. What could be the problem?

Maybe you're trying to play Voga's maps while running Soda.
Try opening them in the editor first and take a look.

Also, the maps might be in the HotA version or some other mod, like "The Legend of the Red Dragon." Or the maps might be in ZIP archives. If there were screenshots, we could give a more precise answer. We don't know what version you have or where you downloaded it from; there are many variations. Maybe you have Heroes3 HD – this is a re-release of "The Restoration of Erathia" from 2015? Then it won't recognize maps from "Armageddon's Blade," "The Shadow of Death," and especially WoG and HotA: they all have the same extension, but the version codes are different.

zvuk270, judging by the screenshots, you have a version that's like "Heroes 3 + all known and unknown mods + even more stuff on top of that," and it probably weighs in at more than one gigabyte. In such a mess, few people (except for the modders themselves) will want to sort through it. It would be better if someone gave you a link to a normal version of "Heroes 3" via private message.

I haven't seen such a mess before. I removed all unnecessary files from the game to avoid confusion, but here, it seems like all the junk has been piled together.
Actually, maps should be placed in the MAPS folder without any additions.
