Damn, I can't defeat them. Palych has 450 HP, and he'll be healed by monks.
Spewing terrible curses and threatening the cowardly demon with terrible punishments, Ignatius turns and runs east along the road.

Exactly to the east?

-- Please excuse us for disturbing you. We were hired to deliver a package.

"I'm getting myself into trouble again, as usual. I doubt these two and those Nightingales are on good terms."
-- We don't know who they are. It's a job from the mercenaries' guild.

Is the East a land of the unknown? If so, then yes.

-- We don't know who this is. It's a mission from the mercenary guild.

Right now, they're realizing it's a lie and they'll kill you.

If they have that option.

And how far (for how long) does Ignatius run?

"I'm in trouble again, it's ridiculous. I doubt these two and those Nightingales are on good terms."
-- We don't know who that is. It's a mission from the mercenary guild.

- What nonsense is this? And what's with the package? - Nimrinil felt that the stones in her pouch began to pulsate as if responding to the voice of the red-eyed woman.

After this event, I'll gather everyone in the organization's hall. There's no need to wait for Ignatius because he physically won't be able to arrive on time (he's, as it were, in the future).

It depends on many factors. For example, whether someone is chasing him and whether he sees anything noteworthy along the way.

Why deceive them?

Ignatius runs along the eastern road, and after a few minutes, he realizes that no one is chasing him anymore. But was anyone chasing him in the first place? There was nothing of interest ahead, only a long road and trees.

"I acted like a coward," Ignatius lamented. "But on the other hand, if I had died, I would never have been able to complete my mission... No, these are just pathetic excuses. I acted disgracefully, and there is no justification for it." With such gloomy thoughts, the old knight continued on his way, hoping to come across a settlement or simply a human dwelling.

Why deceive them?

They are the king's enforcers (or those who control him), and we work for Daemos, another contender for the throne.

"I don't like any of this." -- Take a look for yourself, -- with these words, Nimril tossed the pouch to the feet of the red-eyed creature -- and we've done our job. After that, she doesn't linger and quickly leaves the library. Of course, such haste can be attributed to the desire to quickly collect the reward, as well as fear of these (un)people... But now, the Yan'shi was afraid of something else. She needed to leave immediately, as quickly as possible.

Sit'Al seems to be leaving with her.

After four and a half hours of walking, Ignatius came across a small village, which appeared to house no more than a hundred people, but most likely far fewer. There was nothing remarkable about it. The few people there were going about their usual daily routines and, for the time being, did not notice the old knight heading towards their settlement.

Raphael Crostandi awoke not far from the burned-down Calaverit church. His entire body was burning from the wounds he had received, his head felt heavy, and his vision was blurred. He felt his wounds slowly healing, and, looking around, he noticed two monks sitting next to him. Both had placed their hands on him, channeling magical energy into his body through "Healing."
When his vision cleared, he saw Xalla and that same paladin nearby. He immediately noticed that a blue ribbon, very familiar to him, was dangling from the tail of the red-skinned woman. For some reason, Raphael had no desire to harm her, and even more than that, he felt an urge to serve her in any way possible.
