Hold on, it's night now, isn't it? Nebok mentioned it. I suggest we set up camp here while Alexis examines the library.

Odd bent down and spat on the ground.
— Your Majesty, do not order him to be executed, let him speak!
His Majesty took Odd's plea as a joke and laughed.
- Speak, but tell the truth, - said the elf in a soft and pleasant voice.

Oh yeah, I miscalculated; it should be 16.5%. I thought it was 0.33.

Shaman, Rayvelin might try to give Lyokha the amulet for identification.

That's what I was actually asking about).

- I see you know a lot about the culture of the Halekids... I found something in a secret stash. After what happened to our comrade, I'm not sure if this item is safe. Could you take a look?

- Let me see! - Alexis snatched the amulet from the Letian's hands and held it closer. CAN I USE THE SOURCE ON THE REMAINS OF TANASIA?

The amulet resembled those that completely protect their owner from the undead. But it was still different from them.

I wonder what makes it different...

- It should protect its owner from the undead, - Alexis murmured, peering closer at the amulet, - but it's different from other similar ones. Most likely, it has other properties as well... perhaps something about it is written in one of the books here?

- Possibly. I need to examine the books we found.

By the way, it's great that we have an artifact decipherer; I'll carefully loot the ruins and dig up trinkets, if I don't get killed by the undead and traps, of course.

Well, basically, we're looking for useful information in books. And by "looking," I mean "Alexis is looking."

Anyway, the whole situation seemed so unnatural to me that even a reminder of it (even in a joking manner) was extremely unpleasant, but never mind, I apologize, let's forget about it and move on.

-Since we're likely to stay here until morning anyway, we can try to find something useful in these books. I'm almost certain there should be something about the Temple and the traps that might be waiting for us there.

Whatever

"The Transformation" and the death of Tanasia almost drove Gordian to despair, but he calmed down and began to think in his usual way.
Meanwhile, Kaeldrim was gathering the remaining belongings of Tanasia: books, and more books, and all sorts of things.
-- Perhaps I'll take four mana potions from the deceased. I'll need them before the attack on the Temple. Do you mind?
In her joy, the girl skipped inside the structure, miraculously avoiding a trap at the entrance. What she found inside the tower surprised her even more...
Bruttii aimed his crossbow at the entrance, but saw nothing dangerous there and lowered his weapon. "It's like some kind of resort, not a wild island; anyone can walk around."

In any case, this whole situation seemed so unnatural to me that even a reminder of it (even in a joking manner) was extremely unpleasant.
We have plenty of unnatural things here. Whether it's recruiting Alaina, or killing Lutiel, or your ménage à trois with Lucina.
