I live in the town of Aprelevka. It used to be known throughout the USSR for its record factory. Now it's just a typical, depressing town in the Moscow suburbs. I would move away from here permanently, but I have nowhere to go.

I live in Mykolaiv :) It's a big town not far from the Black Sea. It's located on the Southern Bug River. It used to be famous for its huge shipbuilding factories, which unfortunately aren't working anymore :( And the city was also built according to a plan from St. Petersburg, meaning it has wide streets and long avenues :) So, there's plenty of space to roam around ;)

I live in Smolensk. It's a beautiful city with a tragic history. It has survived many wars because it's located on the border. It's also known as the "City of Thorns" and the "City of the Phoenix." :) Smolensk Oblast is the birthplace of many talented people (Tvardovsky, Isakovsky). If you want to know anything else, just ask! I'll answer any question. :)

And I live in a wonderful and beautiful city — VELIKY NOVGOROD.
Not too large, a quiet, green city. A very ancient history; everything is simply permeated by it... Temples, churches, the kremlin — they are all around you, as if you are enveloped by it.
Also, the city is located between St. Petersburg and Moscow — a very convenient geographical position, wouldn't you agree? ;)

I HIGHLY recommend (to those who don't mind the traffic) taking a look here — photos of our city are posted here (amateur ones, but no less beautiful for that). There used to be a wonderful virtual guide to the city as well — unfortunately, something happened to that site...

I live in a small town near Novosibirsk. Although, to be honest, I spend more time either in Novosibirsk or in its satellite city, Berdsk. It's not bad, it can be interesting. Siberia is my second homeland.

The saboteur lives in the village of Krasnokumskoye, in the Georgievsky district, Stavropol Krai.

Hehe... I live in the wonderful city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, in Ukraine. I love my hometown for its history, its quiet old streets, its Fortress... for the fact that everything is quiet and peaceful there... and also for HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES!!!

Moscow... I got lucky. But I'm leaving here for the summer, I can't stand it any longer.

I apologize in advance for what is written below... This is wild, almost meaningless, and against the rules of grammar, but:

well then do you want to hear which city I live in???!!! i'll tell you everything right now!!!
this city ain't small nor big - it has only ten million legal and who knows how many illegal.... its size is so-so, the houses are huge - just mind-blowing, for example mine is 17 (!!!!!) floors, and some are even bigger... in this city there are lots of forests and shops and big problems with public transport!!!!! everyone's complaining all the time that they're stuck in traffic jams... i really don't like traffic jams, in my opinion it's just because there are too many cars here!!!!! and there are too many people in the metro, it's just some kind of crush every day!!!!
but overall the city is alright. it's called Moscow:)

I live in Nizhny Novgorod. It seems Snowball lives here too :)
It's a big city, the air is polluted, there are tons of traffic jams, and...
But Nizhny Novgorod used to be a "pocket of Russia" due to its advantageous economic position: the city is located at the confluence of the Volga, a major navigable waterway, with its tributary, the Oka. Besides, there are beautiful views here, many of them, especially of the river! And, again, we have the GAZ automobile plant, which is also a good thing.
I would like to live in the aforementioned Tengro city of Kamianets-Podilskyi in Ukraine; it's a wonderful city and also my homeland. I visit it every summer and would move there permanently if it weren't for my family and close friends in Nizhny Novgorod.

I'm from the town of Odintsovo. And is it really impossible to go to a profile and take a look?:confused:

You can see where I live; I won’t get your hopes up about you knowing the place. It’s a small town with about 200,000 people. They filmed “Aurora” here, something about Sleeping Beauty, but the most interesting thing about my town is probably that they filmed a movie about Chernobyl here.
