The reason for the loss is the same as in the first fight with Johnny. The main hero's level is too low. Definitely, I don't fully understand how to properly level up the hero.

By turn 121, he should be able to break through crypts/ghouls/medium-sized dwarven outposts with minimal losses. By turn 131, the main hero should be around level 15-18. By turns 131-134, he should be able to clear paths to the centers (guard strength of 60; it is recommended to check the guards on the other side of the portal to avoid losing to something like upgraded Rune Priests or Druids). By turn 141, he should be ready to break through the Utopia in the Treasure or clear simple relic guards. If these timings are not met, it means you are playing the early game incorrectly.

Dwellings 3, 3, 3. It was a very difficult game, my opponent played well. The start was tough, the zones were poor, and I only managed to gather enough crystals to upgrade to Hydras by the end of the second week. The battles were close; Erin emerged in the center with only one army. When I saw Wing in the tavern, I decided to make Krag my main hero.

Erin managed to trick me twice, after which Krag attacked Wing in the field.

Regarding the timing of the rush, it's more or less consistent; the only thing is that I might be a little late with the rush to the center, due to my desire to clear the adjacent zones with treasures more thoroughly. However, there's a real problem with the hero's level; I only reach level 18 by the second month. In the first game, in the final battle, I was level 18 in the second week of the second month, and in the last game, at the same time, I was level 20. Perhaps this lag is related to the slightly delayed rush to the center, but in the last game, my opponent rushed to the center only a couple of days earlier.

Turns 1, 4.
Couldn't decide whether to play as Ilfina or Anven, so I played as both.
Ilfina got dark magic, Anven got ranged attacks, I split the troops, and both fought without losses.
On week 3, Krag breaks through the portal into my industrial zone, where Anven meets him with 7 fairies - minus 2 out of 3 cyclops.
Anven ran back to Krag, who turned around and started breaking through a second portal from my industrial zone, where he was defeated.

I searched for treasure zone with my demon, but ended up in the adjacent zone of a warlock, checked the nearest portal and eventually ran into a town. The next day, a field battle with Letos.
