So aggressiveI won't go into detail why all the replacements aren't in the first post, just in case
. But thanks for the info :smile23:
It's unclear what the score is... who carried the team...
Dude, please provide a general overview of the team games, just like in the first round! The overall table doesn't give me any idea of how the tournament is progressing... no nicknames or results:smile32:

Well, who wants to/can take on this task? I'm all for it, but I can barely keep up with deadlines and occasionally nudge players along, and I'm not great with tables either, plus Roger has disappeared, so sorry about that :smile32:
So, the deadline for the semi-finals is April 5, 2015, and if a third game is needed, the deadline is April 19, 2015.
It was a tough, nerve-wracking game with very tight timings. No grand units were available from the start (and unfortunately, not on day 121 either). There were hidden dwarves, pegasi, Vidomina, Labeta, and Dimmer. In the middle of the second week, I took the upper center (using off-road paths), and on the same turn, my opponent attacked; my army was on a log. I almost messed up badly. But Vatya made a mistake by attacking my Dimmer with an insufficient number of devourers. As a result, the opponent's "dad" (Solmyr) had to retreat. The log drove my Dimmer away and took the opponent's army with it. Then there was some minor skirmishing; Vatya tried to attack again, but he was vulnerable to the Castle and Dimmer with devourers, who cast two meteors and escaped. On the same turn, Dimmer cast another meteor, after which Vatya retreated. A few turns later, Vatya surrendered. Thanks for the game.It seemed to be going well until I saw a group of 10+ cyclops. Since there was nowhere to go, I attacked 3 of them with a chain and paid them off. The roads are slow, so I slowly move towards these cyclops. I attacked effectively, and there was a village nearby. On day 124, I attacked the dendrites on the last moves and saw my opponent with his entire force. I thought, "Here's a couple of chain attacks for you..." But the opponent was smarter; he sped up with pegasi and centaurs. Moreover, he sped up knowing exactly how much damage I could do. 3 pegasi - 7 centaurs - 7 centaurs - 7 centaurs - 6 centaurs - 3 pegasi...
Damn it!!!! The arrow attack deals 88 damage instead of 90 for pegasi, and the wave of death deals 55 damage instead of 56 for centaurs!!!! I managed to reduce the health of each stack a little, but the opponent understood my maneuver and reduced the health in such a way that if I attacked the wave, we would both be defeated, which was not part of my plan. I was just short of 1 golem...
It got worse. The log doesn't really attack anything; I'm heading towards my fate. Fate shows a lot of skeletons and wooden creatures in the Necropolis Castle and Dimmer speeding up on a pegasus. And again, I'm short of 1 move to get into the double-man waterfall... Then the opponent attacks, and again, I'm short of 1 morale to defeat Dimmer...
Solmyr is driven away; he attacks a trio of conscripts, and 1 morale of the griffins prevents them from attacking with another chain. I buy out units, replenish mana. I attack, and again, I'm short of 1 morale...
Then Dimmer arrives on an angel with an expert logo. (and in the conscripts, there are only units to buy out and finish off with 1 gargoyle), I was short of 1 resource to buy out my "dad," so I could finish off the conscripts and with 3 angels, kill this damn Dimmer and with a furious chain attack with 3 angels, destroy the opponent...
Thanks for the game.
...just one resource was missing!!! (because I was left with only 1 market) to buy the folder, finish the Consul, and with 3 angels, kill that damned Dimer and with a furious chain with 3 angels, completely destroy the opponent...
So, I understand that the main unit for the red team was Labetta – i.e., while the chain was dealing damage with meteors, the mother could calmly run to the super-fortress with a 3-week rampart buff?
I understand that Labetta was the main hero for the red faction – meaning, while the chain lightning spell was being cast with meteors, the mother could calmly run away to the super-fortress with a 3-week-old rampart-based powerful army?
When Dirty chose all the rests, it ended quickly. I had Ivor, an outer market, my main hero in prison on the way, an elven stash (I took 117 in the last step in terrible bushes, and still...), and 2 cons (2+3) on the rest, while he had an unremarkable barbarian. Seeing 5-9 angels + a substantial native army in my forces on turn 123, Kostya surrendered. He had the option to rest on turn 115-116, but it wasn't meant to be... Thanks for the game!

We started without restarts. I got Papa Kreg and Mama Dessa, a corner respawn point (medium size), two roads, a Markov ambush spot, some money, and a couple of crypts. It would be a sin to restart with such a setup.
In the Facebook battle, after my mass haste (I had the Cloak of Resistance), the opponent had about 20 harpies left. Thanks for the game.
