Regulations:
Any person registered on HeroesWorld has the right to contact the AC with any question they have regarding the "Heroes 3 - ONLINE" section. The question must be sent via ICQ or as a private message to any member of the current AC.
If the AC member you contacted cannot resolve the issue on their own, the issue is brought up for general discussion, which takes place in a specially created closed AC section.
The AC reviews the issue, if necessary, contacting other parties involved and requesting materials (save files, ICQ logs, etc.) that can help in making a decision.
Within one month, the AC makes a decision on the issue and notifies the forum. If necessary, sanctions are applied to the guilty party (if any).
In my opinion, there have been mistakes (incorrect actions) on both sides, which has led to misunderstandings and complaints.

Осень-Зима 2013-14.
It feels like Sevensan decided to dredge up some old grievances... Honestly. He explained everything quite adequately, perhaps with minor inaccuracies in his wording, which is unavoidable when writing long posts.
And BillyBones responds with short, irrelevant answers, neither confirming nor denying Sevensan's story, which leads one to conclude that Sevensan's story is very close to the truth.
The only thing I don't understand is why this was posted in the AK (since there are no complaints about the game itself), it would have been more appropriate in the forum.
So, here's the situation: your opponent passes the turn – and at the moment the turn passes to him, two different AI opponents attack him; these are Conflict and Dungeon. This happens on the first week, day 6. When it's my turn and I've already completed half of what I planned, my opponent suddenly leaves the game and simply writes that he's out and we'll finish later, and doesn't respond anymore.
He could have let me finish my turn; it wouldn't have hindered him in any way. I immediately imagined that the AI killed him or inflicted irreparable damage. But then he came up with the following tactic: he leaves the game to get a chance to pass his turn again, hoping that the AI won't attack again... (doesn't that happen sometimes?) This is my first question to everyone.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with this person?
Then, when the time came and my opponent felt confident enough to REPLAY the turn, he invited me back into the game and started sabotaging the start of the autosave by saying things like, "Am I typing the password incorrectly? (laughing)" He then offered a draw. I refused, knowing that his AI had killed him and hoping that during the turn transfer, the AI would repeat the same move.
This happened 3-5 times; we couldn't start the autosave. My opponent wrote that there was a glitch and that I needed to give him my password and enter his password, saying that the game glitched and everything was mixed up. This is my second question: has this happened to anyone else????
Then, after I gave him my password and he put me in his position and put himself in mine, he entered my password and asked me to enter his, thereby seeing my positions, and decided to continue playing.
My conclusion: I deleted him from my contacts and will look among the 7 billion people living on this planet for those who won't want to deceive me by taking advantage of my trust. Sevensan, peace be with you
I reached turn 116 and passed my turn. He started his turn. I wrote that I needed to go offline and left the game because it's logical that he would be offered to save on his turn (and he will write below that he was in a battle, which confirms my guess), and everything will be fine. We'll continue from his save.
And in general, Wicc is completely right:
because common sense refuses to accept the combination:request for a game with a stake

I agree, let's give Aripthru some decent content!:smile08: And this garbage shouldn't have been brought out in the open.
this situation raises several points:
1) If you need to leave, it's difficult to warn someone in ICQ or even in the in-game chat, and ask them to save the game. In my opinion, leaving the game as described in this situation is disrespectful, even if the opponent is a beginner.
2) If you're playing for money, why give your password to your opponent? Contact the judge of the seasonal tournament and ask them to help you resolve the issue. Players only exchange passwords after the game is over.
3) If, after all the reloads, you continued the game, then, unfortunately, it's too late to complain after the battle.
4) In the end, the person lost and started complaining. Billybones should have voiced his complaints before the end of the game, at the moment the controversial situation arose, and not after the game was over.
