I already regret getting involved in this whole football thing. I spent 4 hours before I came up with a scheme and created 11 players in-game (plus terrible lag on the player creation page). But anyway, let's get down to business.
I'm not forcing any players to do anything (because I can't :(), so all the information below is filled in purely voluntarily (in this case, I'll randomize it myself, although I wouldn't want to, because playing against myself isn't fun).
1. First, you need to choose a formation for the team (here in the "common modern formations" section).
2. Come up with 11 names suitable for the players on your team (in English; if you're too lazy, at least write down which nationality the names should be based on). You can optionally choose a captain.
3. Distribute the points.
All basic characteristics of each football player are equal to 50. Each participating country has a certain number of points that it can distribute among its players.
Each skill point for a player, from 50 to 70, costs one point.
From 70 to 80, it costs two points.
From 80 to 90, it costs three points.
From 90 to 94, it costs four points.
From 95 to 99, it costs five points.

Okay, I won't waste time with nonsense. My formation is slightly different from 4–2–3–1, but that matters directly when playing simulators like FIFA and PES, and that's not the case here.
