People are fleeing from Revan. There, the working class is being exploited, and there is a complete lack of social protection. It's no wonder that last time, there were enough refugees to fill an entire country.

I have an issue about refugees from neighboring regions. They are fleeing from "bloody conflicts." What is happening there?
Or maybe not, wait. Perhaps not from Revan. Koshi executes deserters, right? Then they are fleeing from her. If they are two meters tall and wearing pink or flesh-colored uniforms, then they are definitely fleeing from her.

And in general, I suggest making one of the expedition's missions about starting a revolution in Ventorum. Otherwise, you're focusing on minor things... blowing up one city/island at a time.
(But a proper revolution... with "land to the workers" and electrification of the entire country.)

No, thank you. I have a few ideas for resolving this issue, but let him give a precise answer first, otherwise he might change his mind or not have enough time/internet access.
I suggest making one of the expedition's missions involve starting a revolution in Ventorum. You're all focusing on minor things... blowing up one city/island at a time. ( But let's make it a proper revolution... with "land to the workers" and electrification of the entire country.
What exactly do you dislike about Ventorum? It's an honest and just state where all paths are open to hardworking people.
For new states, we can add a continent/island to the north or south (if, of course, the mapmaker wants to expand their map, as I have repeatedly tried to do this myself but haven't succeeded), however
because of these reasons, I won't add Toxinus to the region.
