I have a licensed copy of Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East, but for some reason, I can't connect to ranked channel 1 in the game via the internet on Ubi.com. Channel 2 on Ubi.com works, but you can spend hours there, and there are very few people. I tried disabling the firewall, brand wall, and antivirus... it didn't help. I don't have any port blocking in my internet settings; all ports are available. I called my internet provider, and they said that they don't block five-digit ports and that access to ports 40000 to 42999 TCP (various Ubi.com servers) is open for me. Access to all UDP ports is also open. My provider is AKADO. Sometimes, very rarely, I can connect to the first ranked channel, but this happens very rarely.
