The developer wanted to create a pure political simulator. So that the player would only deal with rights and freedoms, and create a state that he wants. No, it just means I haven't encountered that issue. Or with elections, where they are allowed/partially allowed/banned, you can't tell just from the statistics. The specific religion chosen is also not in the statistics.
