Unfortunately, I had to leave the event early due to work. Overall, it was great, I enjoyed everything, and it was very nice to meet everyone in person. I won't single anyone out, but all the Heroes fans turned out to be very nice people. I didn't manage to say goodbye to everyone because after a lively night, most people were still asleep at noon. I was surprised by the ability of some individuals to consume such a large amount of strong alcoholic beverages :D I'll try to attend similar events in the future. I enjoyed the poker game :rolleyes:. It was a shame to lose to FireToSky in a heads-up poker match with a dominating hand (AQ < A9), but at least I saved her for Russia by eliminating a foreign player in 4th place. I'll be waiting for photos and reports from the participants.

I don't know, some guy named Douglas (might be mistaken) was only there on the first day of the event, he only played poker, and only spoke English (making some Heroes players remember their school days). Apparently, he was some visiting poker pro, maybe from Ireland. He barely drank, which probably helped him reach the final as the chip leader.
