yes, in the original, the mutants are some kind of alien... And they have tentacles (definitely not roots)... And no trunk... And a ball with red eyes, what the heck, they even came up with a "spirit of the forest"... What kind of spirit is that!?... Better a bum than this mutant that evokes disgust...

I like it from the original.

I installed the mod! I played it! I personally liked it! Especially how they move around the battlefield! They walk so regally, not rushing, with a deliberate stride! It's impressive – it makes you respect them! And they don't rush around the battlefield like spiders! A tree should look powerful! But in Heroes 5, it's as if they didn't feed it, and then they crossed it with a rabid spider! They could have made the beta look nicer, because these teeth are too much! But I'm for the beta!))

I think Ents should be faster, and noticeably so... Read Tolkien – his Ents were quite fast; they could easily outrun any pedestrian!

Ah well... never mind... I'm just more used to seeing a dendroid/ent like the one in the second Lord of the Rings movie... And I think it looks nicer too... Besides, their tree isn't really a tree at all... It's neither one thing nor the other...

Yeah, I agree... It doesn't really look like a tree, and the legs are so thin that they seem like they'll break right away...
I was just so happy that instead of those confusing dendroids, they made Ents that I really liked, and they're very cool, so they became very appealing to me too:)
But maybe they didn't need to change the Treants so drastically.
On the other hand, they completely redesigned the level 6 undead into Cronus, and it seems like almost everyone is happy with that...

The original Ents look a bit rough, but even the modified ones could be better. Still, they'll do; they're not archers, after all.

Okay, the original isn't exactly a masterpiece, but those barrels clearly lack teeth and resemble those guys I often see in various parts of Moscow, hanging around in alleyways, and it's obvious that the poor fellow hasn't had a haircut in a long time. I'd rather have a spider (which I can't stand) than something like that. Elves deserve something more refined.

What do you think about the new Anger Treant? Should we leave it as it is...?
