For me, everything is clear. We play on the highest difficulty, which means the fewest resources, and all tactics stem from that. First, I build Fairies, then the Sacred Grove, then Tigers (because Elves need the Ranger Guild with a large amount of wood for construction). Then, the Rainbow for Unicorns (because Griffins need a Stronghold – again, wood + ore, and resources are scarce). Accordingly, then the Portal. I never spend money on units unless there is a great need for certain resources, or there is a danger, which in most cases doesn't threaten me because it's the computer. The computer spends all its money on units.
Hmm... it seems to me that if you're playing on larger maps, you should build structures that will have the greatest impact on your opponent... that is, in this case, you need to consider what will happen in the end when you fight your opponent one-on-one. In small maps, for example, if you want to defeat your opponent in the shortest possible time, you should consider the parameters of your opponent (his race and units) and spend the least amount of money. In this case, you choose the most advantageous buildings. Then you buy units and go into battle...
.......
By the way, I think we all here play on the HARDEST difficulty level (CHAMPION).....:):):)
...........
And also, when I play with my brother, the final battle always happens like this:
1. We don't use units that are built in castles or on the streets.
2. We never attack each other from behind. We kill all the computer-controlled opponents, and after we've leveled up our Heroes, we fight each other to see who is smarter and stronger... USUALLY, the battle lasts from 40 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. That's how it is!
