I didn't mean to offend anyone. This is just an example. The goal was to try to distribute players across the tiers in a way that reflects the relative strength of players from different factions, taking into account their performance in previous tournaments. For players whose skill level I'm not familiar with, I tried to place them based on their seasonal ranking.
