There's always the option for everyone to fly to Novosibirsk, rent a place from last year, and have a party there ))))))))))))))))))))

The cost of tickets actually varies by about 25-30% depending on the arrival location.
We need a fun transfer to Novokuznetsk, but then we need to coordinate the arrival time in Novosibirsk for most participants.

I'll try to be there, as a spectator, without a laptop, possibly for a couple of nights. A luxury room would be preferable. If I go, I might bring a couple of people from Kemerovo; we'll coordinate closer to the date.

I think 90% will fly through Novosibirsk. I suggest leaving Novosibirsk in the morning of January 4th. The only problem is what to do if several people have different return flights. How do we coordinate? You should coordinate the arrival/departure date among yourselves. If someone books a return ticket for January 11th, then everyone will probably have to travel back at that time, which isn't ideal.

Ideally, everyone should book tickets for this flight.

Moving in on the 4th? If moving in on the 5th, leaving in the morning of the 4th doesn't seem ideal.

Otherwise, I would prefer to travel by transfer myself, so as not to wear out the car in the cold and waste extra gas. And it's more fun to "transfer" together!

Moving into the base will be on the 5th. Moving into Novokuznetsk will be on the 4th (or maybe the 3rd); we need to gather everyone somehow to transport them to the base.
