I think 90% will fly through Novosibirsk. I suggest leaving Novosibirsk in the morning of January 4th. The only problem is what to do if several people have different return flights. How do we coordinate? You should coordinate the arrival/departure date among yourselves. If someone books a return ticket for January 11th, then everyone will probably have to travel back at that time, which isn't ideal.

Ideally, everyone should book tickets for this flight.
