The participants in FB-8 are: Aya, Maretti, Kilgor, Stinger, BISHOP, Redwhait HP, Heroin_HP, bubuch, HellLight, KobRa_RR, rebellious, and Aiwe, who received a wild card after finishing 10th in the OFB.
I. Regulations and deadlines
FB-8 will be held using a round-robin system, meaning each participant must play against every other player, and the winner will be the one with the most points.
The tournament starts on September 16, 2014, and players have two weeks to complete their matches. Players will have three days to agree on a time for their game, but if two players cannot find a mutually convenient time, EACH player sends the organizer three possible times when they are available to play, but no less than four hours apart (if a player does not send their preferred time, the time sent by their opponent takes priority). If the players' schedules do not overlap at all, the organizer will set the time – Saturday night into Sunday morning (from 9:00 PM Moscow time, lasting at least four hours).
To avoid conflicts, all players must save their game saves and chat logs, based on which the organizer and judges can make decisions regarding the outcome of the match.
Each round is played STRICTLY according to the draw; playing earlier is prohibited due to the unacceptable situation where some players have completed eight games while others have only completed two. Reports submitted late will be canceled.
Deadlines for each round will be strictly enforced; those who miss them will face severe penalties, regardless of their reputation.:smile31:
II. Rules and templates
1. By default, games are played according to
/topic/10593/.
2. The default game version is SoD 3.2 (4.0) + HDmod.
3. The template for each round is determined by drawing from nine templates: 2sm4d3, Spider, skirmish (200%), 6lm10a, JC, 8mm6a, anarchy (random 200%), diamond, Mini nostalgia. Blue starts first (the player listed second in the draw).
The castle draft also starts with blue.
4. Three points are awarded for a win, one point for a draw, and zero points for a loss.
5. Players receive numbers randomly during the draw.
6. If two or more players score the same number of points, the following criteria will be used to determine placement:
a) Berger coefficient
b) Head-to-head record
III. Organizational matters
1. This is an official, regular tournament.
2. The tournament is held according to the Regulations on the organization, conduct, and participation in tournaments.

4. For each game played, participants must submit a report and confirmation.
5. All games in the tournament count towards the seasonal rating. Reports and confirmations are posted in this thread and will be copied into the "Reports of online games and their confirmations" thread. Therefore, there is no need to duplicate reports in the season thread.
6. A player who does not finish the tournament and withdraws without a VERY valid reason loses the right to participate in the next OFB and beyond ;)
