Guys! I installed the same Heroes repack on another computer, with the exact same Windows version as mine (Windows 7, 64-bit), and everything works perfectly there, with no bugs like infinite chests, mobs, or anything else! So, the question is, could there be something wrong with my hardware?

Dagr, but I don't have a computer lab here. I have one at home (where there are bugs) and one at work, and it runs fine at work.

RS, if the game doesn't launch or "crashes," it might be due to driver issues, etc. If there are "bugs with infinite chests, mobs, and other things," then this problem is almost certainly related to your WoG: you either need to reset all WoG settings to their initial values or disable some scripts one by one. People have repeatedly written that they had problems due to "faulty" scripts, and after disabling them, everything worked well (but not perfectly, since there are still errors in WoG). If WoG is not the "best" version (too old, a new unfinished one, or just a faulty "unofficial" installer), then problems may also arise from that.
If nothing helps, there is a radical solution: try playing "Heroes" without WoG (by launching Heroes3.exe). Do the problems continue, or are they gone?

Marmot, I haven't touched the WoG settings, there were no errors during installation, and I'm using the same repack, but the bugs persist, with or without the update. I tried downloading other repacks, but it's the same(((

However, the idea of moving the already installed game hadn't occurred to me; I'll have to try it!

Found it!!! It turns out the problem is with the maps! As soon as I launched a random map, the bug disappeared! But now there's another question: why are regular maps causing problems??? And where can I get good ones if even the native maps are glitching???

What if you refuse and don't WoGify them? 2) There are rules for WoGification; you can change them - perhaps the bugs will disappear. I'm attaching screenshots of my WoG settings (all of them, as far as I remember, are the same as the default: I haven't changed them). There is also a button to reset the settings. Finally, you didn't answer: "Heroes" without WoG (Heroes3.exe) work or not? :confused: Understand: the maps themselves ("native", standard) are perfectly fine, something in WoG is glitching - most likely, certain scripts. When I stopped playing WoG and started playing the original "Heroes 3", I became convinced that the game itself works very stably (there are "crashes", but very rarely). I'm playing "Heroes 3 - Legend of the Red Dragon," a very strong modification, and as I wrote, I didn't have any problems with it before. Until I installed it last month.

If the map isn't "WoGified," it works normally, but then it's just a regular Heroes 3 game, and I want to play specifically this modification.

Settings: I left the original settings, did a full reset, looked for it (maybe they added this option to infinity somewhere), even set it exactly as in your screenshot - nothing helped.

Page with the description of the H3LoRD mod from an archived copy of the deceased official website. Read the Preface, Installation Instructions, and especially the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)!
Here is a "live" and active thread about the mod on the WoG forum. The user totkotoriy is the author himself. Register there and interrogate him until he collapses.

There aren't many options here:
1. Reinstall Heroes (download this mod from the official website, preferably the latest version).
2. Try downloading other Heroes of Might and Magic maps (maybe the problem is with the map? This is not uncommon for Heroes of Might and Magic).
3. If everything was fine before installing the HD mod, and errors appear with HD, then you need to choose between HD or LoRD.

I downloaded the mod from different sites, including the official one, and I have the latest update installed, but I couldn't find anything similar in the FAQ((( Wait, is this it? http://rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=64919007#64919007 Dirty_Player, Reinstalling won't help, I've tried so many different versions that if the problem was with a faulty installation, it would have been resolved a long time ago. I also downloaded a lot of maps from different sites, but they all still glitch. It used to work normally with HD+, but I tried without it, and the bugs remained.
