Have you even played them? If so, tell me what was disappointing about them?
If not, then shut your mouth!
New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
I can't agree with that, dear Magnus! The visuals of most units are made at a high level. We couldn't expect the developers to simply copy the art from Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and make it 3D, could we?! As for the magic, the spells simply became less similar to each other, while in previous parts they sometimes differed only in appearance. And some spells were replaced by hero abilities, which didn't exist before. As for the plot, it's not very important to me. The most important thing is the gameplay.
But I'm used to having a lot of spells. For example, in Heroes 4, there's nature magic. You can summon a lot of creatures, but in the fifth game, there are only elementals and phoenixes:(. That's bad;).
But there were abilities in Heroes 4 - a mixed class;) Archmage +20% to all spells, cardinal +5 to resurrection;)
But the units could have been made better. Especially the gargoyle;)
For example, I didn't play the 4th installment much. But there weren't abilities, just bonuses when choosing certain skills. And here, they are actual abilities! And they are used constantly.
Developers are also people and have the right to make mistakes.
I have a complete pirated version with a hilarious Russian translation, which requires additional translation in some cases, and I've already gotten used to it. But why isn't there a map editor?
I really don't like this thing in Heroes of Might and Magic, when the turn passes to another player, and the camera view settings are the same for everyone, and every time I have to rotate the camera to the right direction, otherwise in some maps you can't see the entrance to the castles at all. It's impossible to get used to. And I won't even talk about the dungeons.
And why isn't there diplomacy?
And explain how to create a custom map?
And what can be said about "high-quality" models? It looks like a mischievous child had fun with a marker on Pushkin's portrait. Nival deserves a good spanking for that:mad: :p :o :) :D
Well, defenders, give me an answer?!?!?!
If you don't like it, don't play it, what's the problem?
Well, the Empress approved it anyway, since there is a race with a matriarchy there, so you could expect that from the Empress;)
And it's useless to try and persuade her now;) , only later when everyone gets their fill of Heroes 5, Nival will get money for such (I'll refrain) work:mad:
And then the eclipse of own reason regarding Heroes 5 will lift from many (p.s First I also thought it was a wonderful game, but then came disappointment.):D . And they will understand everything
And Magnus never gives up;)
But there were also unique abilities in Heroes 4, for example, a Ninja could poison with their attack. But the developers should have anticipated this, as no one has anything against Heroes 3 or Might and Magic 7;) And Nival is interested in avoiding "dead ends" in development.

sorry, but why create a forum then? Isn't it for criticizing and praising the game?!?
I didn't understand that sentence.
(p.s. At first, I also thought it was a great game, but then I was disappointed.)
