03/11/2014 Kilgor (Blue, Stronghold, Kreg Heg, Kreg Heg) lose BA/IEHOK (Red, Conflux, Random, Luna, Luna) Jebus Cross 127
We ran out of rests, and this is how it ended: a tiny respawn with 1 console and 1 angel, 1 hive, 1 cyclops den, and 5 goblin dens. That's all that was on the respawn!!! Against 5 consoles, 8 hives, and 4 bird dens  , I went to the center on day 122 and didn't find anything for 2 days except a level 5 hat, no mermaids or hives. I saw Luna with 50+ mermaids and 20+ birds, and I only had 250 goblins :D and 4 gray wolves. I tried to take a mermaid in the corner of the enemy respawn, but the opponent grabbed it one day faster, so I didn't continue.

Thanks for the game!
I want to know where the 4 bears came from, if there was no Necropolis? Was it a Refuge for bears?

Yes, unfortunately, they only gave it in the Refuge on the second week.

I crashed into Rampart, wanted to take the Castle but didn't reach it and ended up in the opponent's zone of reach. But the opponent didn't attack, even though it was a perfect moment, so I use Dimension Door to take Conflux and ramp up there. On 211 I bought 3 birds and, seeing blue heroes in the treasure zone through scouting, I went there, took a couple of hives, and very luckily reached Kyrre with the entire army.
Thanks for the game!
In the Dragon Utopia they gave me royally, a level 5 hat and a Red Orb. I couldn't find the breastplate +2 for AOTD anywhere. But even without it, I went to the center, took the КЗ behind the dread knights, another Dragon Utopia for a sword +5all, doubled my mana in the central dungeon and caught an opponent's weak mage on wings and boots, and I decided to leave the gold mine, which had a strong stack))) Here the opponent capitulated. Next turn I would have had an unkillable strong stack: 14 bears, 28 thunderbirds and the rest under the red orb
Thanks for the game!
PS. Thanks also to Captain and Protoss for helping me choose the right Castle! :D
We each picked two starting locations, and every time, we spawned in the Underground. This time, too, we spawned in the Underground, but there was a stash of Vampires, Liches, and 3 Road Warriors. I decided to play. The passage to the second level in the Underground cost over 20 Gold Golems, and the lift cost Gold Wasps. A little later, I got close to the Golems and saw that right behind them were over 20 Trolls guarding a treasure chest... I was disappointed. And there was no Sulfur anywhere. I gathered everything I could find at the starting location, put down the Vampires, bought what I could, and started attacking the Wasps, hoping that there would be a weak guard above. There were Gold Demons – I got lucky. I claimed the Swamp, ran around there a bit, found some Sulfur, and managed to build Stables in the Citadel.
On the second level, I took a stash of Liches behind the Ifrits, and there was also a treasure chest worth 5k experience points. I claimed the Dungeon, took a 2/2 sword. I upgraded the Stables and Liches, and the treasure chest gave me 20 Gold Medusas. I went to the lift, looking for the opponent. There, I found Ivor with 2 Angels. I killed one, he reduced my troops a bit, and then offered a bribe. I secretly took a pendant +1 to speed and a Naga Bank (3), and retreated. Ivor, with over 60 Gold Golems and other troops, chased after me. I went into the Dungeon and accepted the battle: the Golems didn't hit very hard, even with Ivor, and I managed to win.
Thanks for the game!
I played well in the first week, but I miscalculated my money, which is why I had to go to the opponent's location two days later than I could have. And about how I was greedy and left Ivor to develop in the Underground (even though I could have easily stormed in with my entire army), and also miscalculated the money for the bribe (I didn't account for the Tent and Ballista) – I don't even want to talk about it. The subsequent actions were a complete farce. Maybe if the opponent didn't have Mass Earth, we could have exchanged troops, but Stone Skin + Mass Shield left no chance...
The tournament didn't go well...
Thanks for the game, good luck in the playoffs!
I hope to pick it up somehow in the future. At home, Horses+Griffins in the Citadel. Caitlin captured some resources on 2 champions, a ring of +1 attack/defense, and an external dwelling of Monks. In the long corridor on the road from conf towards the center, a Griffin Conservatory is visible.
121 – I kill 17 Fanatics with Mullich for a shield +3 off-road, then cast View Earth and see a +4 flail, and then a portal behind Minotaurs. I decide to skip the Conservatory and run further.
122 – I captured the flail and a crystal mine. Stats are good, something like 11-9-4-4, which is super for this balance.
123 – Troop delivery, I break through the guards. On the other side, Wyverns; I kill them too, then immediately a Conservatory on lava, tier 3, I kill it losing 3 Marksmen. Risky ramp-up. I get Offense.
124 – They don't attack, so I cast View Earth. I see the place is a dead end, but on the neighboring central zone there are 2 Conservatories. That corridor road with a Conservatory leads right there. I break camp, and ramp up on an Angel along the road.
125 – Red flags are shining very close to the Conservatories. I fly forward at full speed, grabbing a tier 3 Conservatory on grass along the way.
126 – Clavius runs out, grabs one of the Conservatories + a Pandora's Box, but doesn't reach the second one.
My turn – in a panic, I fly Mullich forward without an army, grab the central Necromancy Amplifier, realizing that the scout hero won't catch up to me. The guild plan is canceled. I curse. I build a Tavern, transfer the army to Mullich through a purchased "cockroach" hero. Through the Stables, I attack Clavius.
FB:
Mullich 12-10-5-4 (28) Expert Offense, Leadership, Air Magic.
Level 1 water spells and Archer.
59 Marksmen, 6 Angels, 120 Pikemen, 5 Champions, 6 Monks, 9 Swordsmen, 20 Griffins.
Clavius 5-4-8 (7)
48 Magogs, 130 Skeletons, 30 Demons, 1+1 Angels, 7 Pit Fiends, 10 Wyverns.
And then I realize I was incredibly lucky. The Necro with 8 spell power has only 7 mana. I immediately get a Fireball in the face. I dispel the Archers, volley into the Magogs, -15 of them. In the second round, I dispel the Angels, repeat the volley into the Magogs. Opponent's Angels kill my Monks, I kill their Angels with mine at the end of the second and start of the third round. Then dancing around the landscape, with no real chance for the opponent; he runs away with 12 Magogs, having killed only one Angel, 5 Monks, and a few Archers, Pikemen, and Griffins of mine. We ran around for a couple more turns (I retrained Mass Haste from Fafnir who had arrived), and my opponent writes GG. Thanks for the game!
First contact with a loser, but here's the catch - he slipped away in tactics. We ran around for almost 4 weeks, and when Kreg was cornered with full control - I had to attack. Fighter stats are equal, there's an advantage in magic, and both have an elixir. In a long finale, it came down to a stack of 124 ducks. There could have been other options if the opponent had resist. But as it is, the entire battle tactic boiled down to draining mana. When both ran out - 2 archs against 67 vivs remained on the field.
Thanks for the game.
Зима 2011-12.
We started playing without restarts. Roads, as usual for blue, only 2 on the balance, but there are a couple of Dwarf Cottages, an upgraded level 2, and Mullich as the 8th hero. On day 113, I took the Dwarf Cottages (10+15), then went off-road to look for adjacent zones. Along the way, I found a necklace of +1 speed and an external dwelling of pokemons. On day 117, I captured the conf village; Mullich has Logistics and Air Magic, and under the village I took a cloak of +2 Sp knowledge. In the village, I build a guild, and it gives me a crazy draw: 5 water spells) I curse and don't take the offered Literacy for Fionn. But Stracker has the Haste I need.
I hope to pick it up somehow later. At home, horses + griffins in the Citadel. Caitlin captured some resources with 2 champions, a ring of +1 Attack/Defense, and an external dwelling of monks. In the long corridor on the road from the conf towards the center, a Griffin Conservatory is visible.
Day 121 - I kill 17 fanatics with Mullich off-road for a shield of +3, then I scout the lookout and see another flail +4, and then a portal behind minotaurs. I decide to skip the conservatory and run further.
Day 122 - I captured the flail and a crystal mine. Stats are good, something like 11-9-4-4, super for the balance.
Day 123 - I bring up troops, break through the patrols. On the other side, serpents; I kill them too, then immediately a level 3 conservatory on lava. I kill it with a loss of 3 marksmen. A risky ramp-up. They gave me Offense.
Day 124 - They don't attack, so I scout the lookout and see that the area is a dead end, but in the neighboring central zone there are 2 conservatories. That corridor road with the conservatory leads right into it. I break into the conf, ramp up on an angel along the way.
Day 125 - Red flags are shining very close to the conservatories. I fly forward at full speed, grabbing a level 3 conservatory on grass along the way.
Day 126 - Clavius runs out, grabs one of the conservatories + a pandora, can't reach the second one.
My turn - in a panic, I fly Mullich forward without an army, take the central necro, realizing the scout hero won't catch up with me. The guild is canceled. I curse. I build a tavern, transfer the army to Mullich through a bought tarantula. Through stables, I attack Clavius.
FB:
Mullich 12-10-5-4 (28) exp Off, Leadership, Air Magic.
Water spells level 1 and Arrow.
59 marksmen, 6 angels, 120 spearmen, 5 champions, 6 monks, 9 swordsmen, 20 griffins.
Clavius 5-4-8 (7)
48 magogs, 130 skeletons, 30 demons, 1+1 angels, 7 pit fiends, 10 wyverns.
And then I realize I'm incredibly lucky. The necro with 8 Sp has only 7 mana. I get oil to the face right away. I Dispel the archers, fire a volley at the magogs, -15 of them. In the second round, I Dispel the angels, repeat the volley at the magogs. The opponent's angels take out my monks, I take out their angels with mine at the end of the second and start of the third round. Then dancing around the landscape, with no real chances for the opponent; he runs away with 12 magogs, having killed only one angel, 5 monks, and a few archers, spearmen, and griffins. We run around for a couple more turns (I retrained Mass Haste from the arriving Fafner), and the opponent types "gg". Thanks for the game!
Played, overall, not badly; I got to the sand earlier, but neither necro was given Logistics, and there were no stat increases or artifacts for Offense/Defense. No passage to the treasure zone is visible (as it turned out, it was far off on the edge of the map, and also blocked by the opponent's ГО - green dragons). I took 2 hives on the sand and scouted with Calh a conservatory and a pandora nearby on the dirt; I go there because the opponent is already showing angels, while I only have 1 from the minimal spawn on the first zone, can't afford to lose it. I ramped up. Took the conservatory - another single. No mana, I stand and wait to see what happens.
And it turned out I was standing right next to the necro (just hadn't seen him), and the attacking Mullich with superior stats and +3 speed left basically no chance.
I decided to run around for a couple more days, build up to GM Armageddon, but there was Town Portal and Resurrection. ГГ.
1st contact with the noob, but here's the catch - he slipped away on tactics. We ran around for almost 4 weeks, and when Craig was cornered with full control - I had to attack. Fighter stats are equal, there is an advantage in magic, and both have the elixir. In a long finale, I decided the stack of 124 ducks. There could have been other options if the opponent had resist. But as it was, the entire battle tactic came down to draining mana. When both ran out - 2 archs against 67 vives remained on the field.
Thanks for the game.
Thanks for the game
The opponent picked all resists, I picked 111 and we started. Fast roads, a dwelling with a lair under the Castle! a speed pond to the left of the Castle, an obelisk revealing a close exit to the center, an external dwelling of bears behind the trolls - I send Luna there immediately for clearing on 1 hobgoblin, and a Griffin Conservatory with a Dragon Utopia. I decide to play. On the first week I take 2 external bear dwellings and 2 birds, for some reason I built a swamp with vivariums (in the end, of course, I didn't have enough money for a full buyout) I had to break the Dragon Utopia with 6 groups of bears (I lost one on the first turn, deciding to kill the quick)))) only on 123 (my hero had previously crashed into an external tavern - learned Air and crashed again)
In the Dragon Utopia I got a royal reward, a 5-stat hat and a red orb. I couldn't find the +2 breastplate for AOTD anywhere. But even without it I went to the center, took КЗ behind the dread knights, another Dragon Utopia for a sword+5all, doubled my mana in the central dungeon and caught a mage-lich opponent with wings and boots, and I decided to leave the gold mine, which had a power stack))) Here the opponent surrendered. On the next turn I would have had an unkillable power stack: 14 bears, 28 thunderbirds and the rest under a red orb
Thanks for the game!
PS. Thanks also to Captain and Protoss for helping me choose the right Castle! :D
