Couldn't you rent a projector? They aren't as expensive as plasma screens, and I assume renting would be cheaper.

First, I have a small child and I won't be able to come to Minsk, period. Second, I have a huge amount of experience in organizing tournaments and all sorts of related things, up to organizing regional championships in other gaming disciplines with a large number of participants and more popular games. And third, I will try to find a place, organize food, and create conditions for the game, but whether you come or not is up to you.

Looks like a vacation in Crimea won't be interesting during the May holidays.

We managed to agree on an option that is optimal for everyone. There will be a great conference room with plasma screens and uninterrupted internet at 100 MB/s. Simply put, the price is $60 per person per day, which includes accommodation, three meals a day, and unlimited use of the conference room with fast internet. The only condition set by the base administration is a quorum of at least 45 people. I really hope we can gather that many ;) . Everyone to Minsk!

p.s. If anyone has the opportunity (and desire) to send me some money in advance (for example, to a card or via PayPal), I would be very grateful, as I will be paying $1000 as a prepayment next week. Write, call ;) .
