CIS-2014 in Minsk.

If you have to read through the entire thread, please tell me how much money each participant will have to contribute (mandatory!) in addition to what they bring with them and spend personally?!
100$?

First, I have a small child and I won't be able to come to Minsk, period. Second, I have a huge amount of experience in organizing tournaments and all sorts of related things, up to organizing regional championships in other gaming disciplines with a large number of participants and more popular games. And third, I will try to find a place, organize food, and create conditions for the game, but whether you come or not is up to you.
